• You are solely responsible for the subsequent use, reproduction, or distribution of the extracted transcripts in accordance with copyright laws and fair use principles.

4. Accuracy of Transcripts

• GetTranscript retrieves subtitles that are either provided manually by the video creators or auto-generated by third-party platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, grammatical correctness, or formatting of the obtained texts.
• The tool is provided solely as a means for obtaining text data.

5. Use of Third-Party Services (YouTube API)

• By using GetTranscript to extract subtitles from YouTube videos, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the GetTranscript transcript retrieval service (its code, design, and functionality) belong to the service owner.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the GetTranscript site without our permission.
• You may not reverse-engineer the platform, create exact copies of it, or commercially resell access to our service to third parties without our consent.
